Her understanding of custom homes began alongside her father, Jeff Masters, owner of Masters Construction. After building high-end residences in California’s Sierra Nevada region, Jeff brought his experience to Kauaʻi, where he has spent more than two decades constructing and maintaining exceptional island homes.
Through years of exposure to her father’s work, Chelsea developed an appreciation for the craftsmanship behind a custom residence, the standards required to preserve it, and the importance of trusted relationships with skilled on-island professionals. That foundation shaped both her eye for detail and her belief that a remarkable home deserves more than routine property management- it deserves thoughtful stewardship.
